Build a fair tournament around one visible result

A browser game tournament does not require an automatic bracket if the group is small. You can share one title, give each person equal attempts and record winners yourself. Oneshotgems supports shared games and asynchronous challenges, but it does not provide a live tournament room or generate a bracket for this format. Treat the scoring and schedule as organizer-managed.

Choose a score that fits the game

Coin Drop displays points as coins cascade, so it can support a simple high-score bracket. Decide whether each matchup is one run or the total of two runs. Share the game link and state the number of attempts before the first player begins. Do not compare separate titles or change the scoring rule halfway through the bracket.

Make a small bracket manageable

For four people, draw two semifinal matchups and one final. Each player submits the same number of runs, and the higher agreed score advances. If there are three players, give one person a bye or use a round robin where everyone plays everyone; choose the method before seeing scores. Record matchups and results in a shared note or chat.

Handle ties and missed deadlines

Use one sudden-death attempt per tied player, with the same title and conditions. Set a generous submission window so people can play on their own schedules, and decide in advance what happens if someone misses it. A bracket run by hand is a social format, not a claim that the product stores official tournament results or automates eliminations.

Questions about browser game tournament

Does Oneshotgems create tournament brackets?

No. This format uses a manually maintained bracket and separately played attempts. The site supports sharing and challenges, but the organizer sets matchups and records results.

How do I avoid an unfair final?

Give each finalist the same game, attempt count, deadline and tie rule. If the game changes during the event, restart the affected match under the same conditions.
