Choose the title and define a round
Use a title with a result both players can report, such as Coin Drop’s displayed points. A round consists of one run per person, with higher points taking the round. If you prefer consistency over a single lucky run, define a round as the sum of two attempts each. Share the same page link and set a reasonable deadline for all three rounds.
Alternate who plays first
Rotate the starting player each round: player A first in round one, player B first in round two, then use a coin flip or agreed order for round three. This does not change the game’s code or mechanics; it simply avoids one person always going first when you share a device. Record round points in a note before starting the next attempt.
Resolve a tied series
If both players win one round and tie another, play one sudden-death round using the same title and one attempt each. If the deciding scores tie too, share the result or agree on a fresh title together. Do not add attempts only for the player who is behind. The fixed three-round structure keeps the challenge finite and simple to replay.
Questions about best of three game challenge
Does best-of-three mean three attempts total?
In this format, each player gets one attempt in each of three rounds. You can define a round as multiple attempts, but write that rule before anyone starts.
What if the final round is tied?
Run one agreed sudden-death attempt each, or share the result. Avoid extending only one player’s turn after seeing the score.
