Pricing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Profile → Settings → oneshotgems plus on the web, or from your App Store / Google Play subscriptions if you subscribed there. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
How does the free trial work?
Plus starts with a free trial for new subscribers. We remind you before it ends; if you cancel during the trial you are not charged.
What happens to my games if I cancel?
Nothing. Every gem and prompted game you made stays on your profile. You just go back to the free limits for new ones.
Do I get a refund?
If something went wrong with a web charge, email us within 14 days and we will put it right. You also keep any statutory cancellation rights you have where you live. App Store and Google Play refunds are handled by Apple and Google.
Is there a family or student plan?
Not yet. Tell us at support if you would use one.
