Separate targets from hazards
In Slice, inspect the moving conveyor before swiping. Identify bombs and choose a path through cubes that does not cross them; also watch for three cubes slipping past. Clean cuts can form combos, but avoiding a hazard has priority over catching every cube. A controlled stroke gives you time to evaluate the result before your next swipe.
Calculate before selecting
Math Slice shows sums on fruit and asks which values equal a target. Solve each expression before swiping: 3+4 is 7, 7×8 is 56, and 81÷9 is 9. Wrong slices and missed answers cost hearts, so do not sweep through a group without checking the expressions. Answering accurately matters more than making the broadest gesture.
Build a different habit for each
Slice rewards reading object positions and avoiding bombs; Math Slice rewards translating an expression into the target number. They share a swipe interaction but not the same decision. Open each game card to try the actual title and use one attempt to identify whether misses come from path control, hazard recognition or arithmetic.
