Check the right profile and saved state

If a title is missing from your Saved list, start by checking which account is open. Saved is a profile feature, so the list you see depends on the account whose profile you are viewing. Also separate two different ideas: saving a game makes it easier to find the title later, while preserving an unfinished run depends on the game and is not implied by the Saved list.

Confirm that the title was saved

Open the game page and look for its current save state or action. If it still offers Save, the title may not have been added to this account’s list. Use the site’s save control once, wait for its state to update, then check Profile and Saved again. Avoid tapping repeatedly if the interface is still responding.

Check account and page context

Make sure you did not switch accounts or open the game in a separate browser context that is signed out. If you use more than one profile, Saved lists should be understood in relation to the active profile. Refresh the profile page after confirming the title’s save state, but do not assume that a guest browser session shares account data automatically.

Separate the saved title from game progress

A saved title is a route back to a game, not proof that a particular score, level or in-progress screen has been stored. Open the title and check its own behavior for progress information. If the Saved list remains wrong after the title shows as saved and the correct profile is active, note the steps and report the issue through the service’s available support channel.

Questions about game missing from saved list

Does saving a game save my current run?

Saved helps you return to a title; it does not promise that an unfinished run or score is preserved. Check the game’s own progress features separately.

Why does Saved show a different list?

First confirm which account is open and whether the title’s save action completed there. The Saved list is associated with the active profile.
