Mirror the coach on the POSE flash as the timing ring lands. Stand in your numbered, colored spot, left to right in the camera; keep your whole body visible. Your avatar follows your arms, body, knees and steps. Match reaches, crossed arms, knee lifts, side steps and squats for Perfect, Good or Miss. Preview the next move, then hold the final freeze until its ring fills. Without camera, drag and hold in the shown arrow direction or hold arrows/WASD; combine keys for diagonals. Four dancers can share a camera or play online through three songs at 100, 120 and 140 BPM.
